Refund Policy

Please read below and if eligible for refund please provide details to initiate the refund

Due to nature of digital content full refund is allowed only if the document is not downloaded from the website.
Refund is provided if there is a technical glitch into website which is not allowing to download document within 48 hrs of order.
If you prepared using document provided for at least 4 days and failed. You can initiate upto 60% of Payment made for order.
- Scanned copy of exam registration slip for respective certification exam i.e. we need to know that when you registered for the exam with the same name as in order.
- Scanned copy of your Result/Score Report in PDF format. Matching the same name.
- We will validate your name in the Order you placed and failure result and process you refund. If it does not match, your refund will be rejected.
In case of refund, Payment gateway charges will not be refunded, which might be anywhere around up to 15% of order payment.

For refunds you need to send above required information within 3 days of exam completion.

For Refund – we will deal within 3 Business days after your request for refund is received.

For those who do not want to exercise the claiming refund, can opt in for discount for other product as per agreed with support team.

Please note : if you are buying the practice exam for writing exam directly without preparation, please dont buy, we encourage you to prepare exam and use the practice tests. In case you purchased exam in three days before exam and failed, you may not get the refund. You need time to prepare and ready for exams.

Some Exams are not refundable. Please read the descriptions on applicable exams. And Exams like Salesforce which changes release every season, we donot provide free updates to upcoming new release exams, but we do reduce the price accordingly.

Once your order is approved for refund, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (most of the banks take 5 to 7 business days to refund).

If other cases that are not on the list appear, ITEXAMCERTIFIED Reserves Final Interpretation Rights.

Flexible Policy,

Our policy lasts 45 days of your order and you can apply for refund as per above refund policy in case of failure and meeting above criteria.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be Revoked Access from your My Account section, And You will not be able to download it again. Our Downloaded files will be not shared by the user it will be under copyrights claim.
